Conflict - disagreement or argument

• no one likes it, but we always seem to and always will seem to have them
• synonym - problem

Win - Lose 

• You may get what you want but the other person doesn't get what they want. 

Lose - Win

• The person you have a conflict with gets what they want because you want to make them happy. Although it sounds OK, you don't truly get what you need because the other person never thinks about your feelings. 

Lose - Lose 

• No one gets what they want.  All the arguing, fighting and name calling don't allow people to make a deal of come up with a plan so no one gets what they really needed. 

Win - Win  

• Everyone gets what they want. Whether we take turns, share, or come up with a plan both people get the think they want.
